Is what I tell you confidential?

Yes. The purpose of confidentiality is to provide clients with saftey and privacy.

Confidentiality would only be broken if:

• you give me consent for the confidence to be broken
• where I am compelled by a Court of Law
• the information 'is of such gravity that confidentiality cannot be maintained' i.e. in cases of fraud or crime and where there is a case of 'serious physical harm to self or others' involved.
